Magic Chocolate Flan Cake. Prepare cake mix according to package directions using the water, oil and eggs. Pour into pan to coat bottom.
During baking the two switch places- pretty neat! Whisk buttermilk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla into chocolate mixture until incorporated. Add vanilla and first egg then mix well.
Generously coat a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray, making sure to get the middle prong covered as well.
This hybrid dessert has a layer of chocolate cake and a layer of caramel-coated flan that "magically" switch places as they bake.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in bowl; set aside. Finally, mix in the flour mixture. Pour batter over caramel topping in pan.
